We provide complimentary travel for all events within our primary service hubs, regardless of your assigned DJ:

Travel Beyond Our Service Areas
For events located outside of our complimentary zones, a flat travel fee of $1.00 per mile (one-way) is applied from your DJ’s home base to your venue. This fee covers fuel, vehicle maintenance, and the extra travel time required for our team to arrive safely and on time.
Example: If you are planning an event in North Platte, we calculate the travel fee based on the distance from our Kearney hub. If you are unsure if your venue falls within a complimentary zone, just reach out—we would be happy to provide a custom quote!
We want your sound to be perfect, even under the open sky. To ensure the highest quality audio and protect our professional equipment from Nebraska’s unpredictable weather, a $150 surcharge applies to all outdoor receptions.
We believe exceptional entertainment should be easy to budget for. To help with your planning, we offer a convenient, stress-free payment schedule—with the option to pay in full at any time.
Booking Retainer:
A $500 retainer secures your date and is due at the time of booking.
Second Payment:
33% of the remaining balance is due 6 months prior to your wedding date.
Third Payment:
33% of the remaining balance is due 3 months prior to your wedding date.
Final Payment:
The remaining balance is due 1 month before your event.
Our flexible payment structure allows you to spread out the cost while ensuring every detail is in place for an unforgettable celebration.

This is our comprehensive entertainment experience. It includes 3 hours of professional DJ and Master of Ceremonies (MC) services, high-fidelity sound, and our signature seamless timeline coordination. We manage the flow of your event, ensure your announcements are professional, and keep the energy perfectly paced from start to finish.
Additional Time: $200 per hour.
Best for: Networking mixers, workshops, or events where music and speech amplification are the priority.
3 hours of professional sound and microphone support; streamlined, "no-frills" service designed for when you need a professional sound system and a clear microphone, but do not require extensive MC work or event coordination.
